Lance Robinson began clerking for the firm in August 2006 and has been an associate with the firm since October 2008. His practice focuses on white collar criminal cases and complex civil litigation. Lance has been lead counsel and second chair at trials and on appeal. He has conducted internal corporate investigations, and defended individuals and corporations in a variety of government enforcement proceedings, congressional investigations, and criminal investigations involving allegations of bribery, conflict of interest, health-care fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, Patriot Act violations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, and honest-services fraud. Lance has litigated civil cases and arbitrations involving breach of contract, legal malpractice, patent-infringement, False Claims Act violations, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and real property disputes. Lance also has extensive experience in litigation involving GSA Schedule Multiple Award Schedule contracts, and compliance issues relating to defective pricing, price reduction clauses, and comparative pricing between government customers and basis of award commercial customers. Lance was named Rising Star: White Collar Criminal Defense in the 2013 – 2017 Super Lawyers publications. |
